Description

Spoken and Heard is our most open of our 3 open mics. It is one of the most unique open mics in Austin and has been going strong for 10 years. We let anyone perform on stage from Music to Poetry to Comedy and beyond. If you have a talent and want to showcase it our Sunday open mic is perfect for you.

The 3 hosts of this event are Hot Tamale, Ernie B, and Lost In Thought.
Hot Tamale and Lost In Thought keep their sign up lists on their phones. You can go up to either of them to sign up. Unlike our other open mics everyone gets atleast one chance to be on stage.

Set times are normally 5 minutes. This normally allows time for 1 song or a few spoken pieces. If the hosts get through everyone on their lists they will let people go up on stage again.

This is a free event.

We do not allow call in spots. You must be there in person and check with our host to be put on the list.
